How about starting with the good things? C:
The overall effect is really lovely. You can just ell that it's a really bright day by the beach, and it's communicated really well in the colors. You can also tell that Cookie's fur is flying in the breeze as she jumps up, which I guess you did by the direction of her fluffles(? I don't know). She looks really happy, and it's true that she're really high up, but if she can jump that high then it's not a problem. As always, I adore your overall style and this one isn't a disappointment. C:
Now, the not-so-good stuff (there isn't much!)
First of all, there's something a little bit off about the way Cookie's body is drawn. She seems almost... too skinny, but I'm not sure if that's it. The fur on the right (left from this angle) side of her face looks kind of like a hand grabbing the Frisbee (Sorry, that's probably the only way you'll ever see it again, but I just wanted to point it out!). As for the background, I noticed a couple of things. For one, the palm trees are very small. She'd have to be jumping ridiculously high for them to be that small. If she can, though, not a problem. I also noticed that the trees don't have much highlighting, which looks weird since Cookie has such a 3D figure. Lastly (and this is the only thing that really bugs me), the horizon is lumpy. Horizons are very smooth, unless there are a lot of waves. In this case, if the horizon were that lumpy, the sun probably wouldn't be shining, it would be a lot windier and you'd be able to see the white caps on the waves.
All in all, I really love this picture! It's really cute, and much better than I could do. X3 (I hope this wasn't too harsh of a critique! I love this drawing. ;0; Don't feel beaten down by this, please!)
